At MY PRINT STORY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your non-customized/non-personalized items, we offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive the product. Please review the following details for eligibility:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are only accepted for non-customized/non-personalized items.
• You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and labels intact.
• Personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged Products:

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either provide a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

How to Return:

• Contact Us via email or our website to initiate a return request.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, send the item back to us at the address provided.

Refund Process:
