You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and labels intact.

Personalized or customized products are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either provide a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

How to Return:
